This devlog is published on January 21, 2024, and it's one year and one day to the day since HopDrop was migrated to Unity. I've been very quiet during this period, but this game, codenamed Project Dream, has progressed very well.

Starting from an unestablished base, unlike RPG Maker where there were already pre-existing things, it took its time but is definitely worth it. I'm having a lot of fun with this version (much more than with RPG Maker), it's more satisfying and simple to develop and the few people who have tested it are, like me, under its charme.

Charming, because the spirit of the game has evolved enormously, it comes a little closer to its spiritual predecessors which are GoldenWorld 1 and 2, while remaining faithful to the vision that I have had of this universe for over 20 years now. The gameplay has remained the same in form, while being very different in substance, being now much more pleasant to play. The graphics have remained the same, but thanks to the possibilities of Unity, they look much better.

The Green Mountain, the first world, is almost finished, all that is missing is its boss, the end of demo cinematic as well as the English and German versions. In the meantime, enjoy these few screenshots while waiting for the rest of the events: stay tuned!
