Hello/good evening/good night everyone.

Lately, I was busy publishing 3 old archived projects (actually, I had also prepared a 4th one, but this one will wait). So what I had planned (remodeling a boss, redesigning part of the 5th world, in particular) will wait until next week if all goes well. So today, and to fill the void a bit, we're going to do it again like this devlog from some time ago. So I'm going to introduce you to the 2 other mainstay characters of HopDrop. Let's go!

HopDrop, of his full name HopDrop Volga, is not the protagonist of the game to which he gave his name, but the character to be saved. HopDrop is the good king of Tobadia, very appreciated by the population, which strongly displeases the king Trydoms. HopDrop behaves quite differently from his son Alex, however. The latter being surprisingly more mature than HopDrop, who likes to spend his time greeting the flowers, the sun, the world ... Also hopping in the street, playing hide and seek with the children or drawing trees.

HopDrop is a former character, created in 2007 to be the rival of Trydoms, he was an unpretentious character, that I could very well have forgotten ... I remember his first appearance and his behavior, but his HopDrop name only appeared in 2012, because I forgot the original. HopDrop had become for a time the main character of the universe, and even the protagonist initially planned for this game... Before being given another role, the role of protagonist having been bequeathed to Leo, who had evolved into Alex .

Rainwoy, by his full name Rainwoy Tertu, is the tyrannical Trydoms' most loyal lieutenant. Rainwoy is a shy little guy who is not really mean, a real crybaby who has no real physical assets, he has the perfect profile to be the whipping boy of Trydoms. Rainwoy is however brighter than his king, who gives him complete trust, which is extremely rare to tell. Rainwoy has impressive mechanical skills, he builds his own vehicles (including the Wamobile, an imposing car with which he transports Trydoms) and tools (among which chainsaws can be find).

 Rainwoy and his twin brother, the two have almost nothing in common.

Rainwoy est de cette catégorie de personnages intégré en 2008, lorsque HopDrop et Trydoms se sont vu offrir des alliés. Son apparence et son comportement était très différents à l'origine, l'orthographe du nom de Rainwoy était très volatile. Au final, c'est durant l'année 2012 que Rainwoy va obtenir une nouvelle apparence et un nouveau comportement... Qui ont été préservés pour le jeu HopDrop.
